1235 Vine

The 1235 Vine Project (Project) is a 117,500 sqft new construction core & shell facility.  The structure rises seven (7) levels above grade and is intended for commercial use with associated support spaces. The program is proposed to include an entrance lobby, restaurant space, screening room and outdoor terraces. The façade of the building is designed to complement adjacent buildings as well as balance the neighborhood mix of low rise residential to the more robust civic scale buildings further down the street.
